SCP-500, or "Panacea" is a safe class SCP item in SCP: Unity. It was added in Version 0.5.8.
Description[ | ]
SCP-500 is a small plastic can which at the time of writing contains forty-seven (47) red pills. One pill, when taken orally, effectively cures the subject of all diseases within two hours, exact time depending on the severity and amount of the subject's conditions. Despite extensive trials, all attempts at synthesizing more of what is thought to be the active ingredient of the pills have been unsuccessful.

SCP-500 is located in its containment chamber. When right clicked, you are offered the option to use it. Using it will consume it and completely heal the player's health over a short period of time. An additional instance can be found in Packaging/Logistics Storage.
Trivia[ | ]
- In the future, SCP-500's uses will be heavily expanded, both in the ability to heal other afflictions such as injuries and diseases and an increase in utility against SCPs that do not instantly kill the player, giving them more chances to recover from harmful/hostile encounters.
- It is highly likely SCP-500 will be moved from its containment chamber and placed in several more hidden locations due to the huge amount of use the item possesses.
